This is a little bit off-topic, but please endure by behavior   

Elfwood-site is very familiar to me, but I haven't got any works there, so maybe you mix me with someone else. I have just a couple pics in DeviantArt (as you already noticed  )

Perhaps if you really want to know about the use of colour I could help you out sometime and oerhaps even paint version of it for you? It would be quite simple to make an outline copy for painting. You are very talented so you should learn how to use colour or you are selling yourself very short and I would be honoured to be able to help

I have to say, it would be my honour if someone as gifted artist as you could help me with colours  you really work wonders with colours.

I still have a very special image in mind for Naija but it's still floating around in my head at present

That can be quite frustrating, that "image-in-mind" -thing.  Sometimes I see pictures crystal-clearly in my mind, and then I'm trying to transfer that image to paper. And even more frustrating; it's almost impossible to do, and the finished work always lacks something  It's quite funny feature, though.

I can help you with advice but you would have to learn by practice also and it can get very frustraiting, so do you have the patience for it?

It's strange because I could of sworn that I had seen your art in Elfwood, but perhaps I saw it in Dev instead then?

Very well done orange!  - there's something about that picture that elicits something similar to the uncanny valley feeling, but that's just me.  I especially love the beautiful diaphanous outline of the hair.

Orange, at first I was like 'woah its too..long.' But the more I look at it the more I like it. In particular I like how the hair is left less defined and just sort of flows down the forehead without an outline.

Chibi that is because she has a long nose and more than a hint of Picasso about it which is perhaps just a part of Orange's personal style I could be more precise but that would not be fair on orange unless they asked

Nice soft imagery Orange, there does seem to be something very haunted in her face which you have captured really well

Wow, thanks.  I usually try to draw people with more variated faces, but not necessarily beautiful. That's kind of how I picture Naija's face. Anyways, that my expression if I was in her position. I haven't even played the full game, so I'm trying to get it for a present or something.

It also shows that orange has an  artists mentality, perfect faces are for adverts and fantasy fairies

Drawing ugly people is an essential part of an artists repertoire of skills - not everyone is beautiful, and beautiful people have a facial complexity closer to a cartoon relative to those with masses of warts, wrinkles, and other blemishes.

There is something very disturbing about the look of that picture orange. Don't get me wrong, I think it's an excellent piece of artwork. But for some reason it keeps catching my eye and giving me the creeps!
