Glamador means you to go to the city ruins just before the cathedral and work your way up there also, and once you have these two forms then you will be able to fully explore another temple higher up.

help i'm Stuck here this all place i can swim to with natures, E, Beast, fist form.
i stuck in sun temper.
i can't swim down in the map cause this place too dark!

Where's the light usually? Up! And northeast! When you go up, make sure that you follow anything that doesn't look like a fish and to explore every opening.  Good luck!

In the sun temple you must use another move (R)  that Naija has and use it near a cog, then you will need to get a crystal to the sunlight by careful use of the cogs.

Once you are up at the top you need to fight another boss to get the next form that is needed to help you light your way in the abyss, and it's a good idea to do some wall jumping also

in sun temple i find a dark place where can go to the higher place but it look like have a lock dood.
some body say have a some key stone   in this sun temple, but i don't know where is it?

It's somewhere in the middle right of the sun temple: have you read anything about turning gears? Sorry I can't be more helpful (don't have Photoshop on this computer)

The dark spot, it it top left? Only that is just what it seems to be as far as I know and I've done a lot of jumping there to try for a hiden secret? The key you are looking for is again in the dark but bottom left someplace so you need to beat the sun temple boss I'm afraid especially as you need the sun form to open the door down there, unless you have a good ear for notes?

Also another piece of advice, keep going up even after you have beaten the boss, it's well worth it
