Help!!!! very very stuck

The sun temple has me beat.... How and where do I find the sun form?? Also how do you get the blue crystal to the room with the big fish ? I have tried all my forms ... I have tried binding and jumping......I have tried binding and spinning.....PLEASE some one take pity on me and help......... newbee....
