Saved over savegame ARRGGGG!!!

Whist showing my friend aquaira I acidentally saved over my savegame!!! I had about 25-30hrs clocked and dont really want to have to go through all that again! afaik the profiles are saved as  .dat files so is there a way of creating one? when I know that you can ill give the details of where i was up to

Hmm...Idk if what you're asking is plausible...I mean what's to stop every joe-shmoe from asking  Alec for a tailored savegame?  Nobody would need to beat the game.  But if you really did put 25-30 hours into the game can I assume you got everything?  Because I've only devoted 18 and I have everything.  If you do I'm sure any number of forum members could just fax over their save for you.  Me included.

I'm kinda backlogged with a number of save files I have to fix. Sorry guys!
