cheats pls

Hi guys,

I think Aquaria is a nice game. I like it a lot.  But, I'm not going to accept that when I went into secret area I can't get out and have to quit and reload. That's -100% fun.
So, are there any cheats like to let me see in the dark? I just found this black pearl and it's not possible for me to get out of the area where the pearl was.

There is a way to make light you get later in the game. You have to get it first and then go back to the place, where the pearl is.
No need to ask for cheats.

Yeah, you aren't supposed to go into the darkness until you can light them. Naija says something like "it'll take a lot of courage to venture deeper without a lightsource", which in game-speak is TURN BACK! TURN BACK NOW!!

Oh, I thought it was the goal of the gameplay to actually do it without a lightsource and then find something like that. Explored almost the whole abyss just by drawing the fluorescent fishes near me and wondered why this part of the game is so hard and frustrating.

So, to make it clear, there is a light source to be found, that is not hidden in the abyss?

No, you will get light in the Sun Temple at The Veil.

Why? Everytime you found the right area to proceed further in the story, Naija says something.

Haha Exactly. That was a bit confusing.
But now I found out that didn't explore the Kelp forest completely. That's what I missed
