Still, to have something adult linked to on a forum I visit isn't so much a good thing. Its not even the fact that the stuff exists thats the problem, its the quality of the internet places I visit.

I dunno...I'm personally not for removing the links.  The internet is the same as any public place, you never really know what you'll overhear, even if you don't want to.  Personally, I don't think kids should visit forums until they're at least 13-15 years old and by that time porn shouldn't really be any offense (at least not in this day and age).

I pretty much agree with you there Glamador. By that age I had already seen porno mags on front shelves of the local convenience stores anyways. The US is too censored anyways. I've been to a dozen other countries and have seen first hand how much the US censors everything in comparison, and yet we tend to have the most problems with violence in the youthful generations. Granted not everyone here is in the US, like Silverflagon in the UK and Alec in Canada, but both countries are way less strict on censorship.

Yes it's true that you can see worse on magazines and newspapers, but if kids follow these links they can often end up attracting the worng kind of attention and how many parents will know to ban Hentai links? Or even knowing what Hentai is? I know now because of being a part of the art world and having a few friends who paint Manga and Anime, but I am the exception amongst my age group.
