uh yea. wth do i do... Li is in the bubble and the boy is petting it. What do i do next?

I dont know if you want straight out spoiler or hints. so ill give you a hint first:

Search the entire "body"(the area is called the body).. you will learn things that might be helpful in the different tunnels.
