curious to how many copies have been bought so far?

I guess this isn't so much my business and the game has only been out for awhile but I was just wondering how well it's been doing.  I'm not sure if you have the numbers or not available

just wondering the numbers of demos vs bought copies

When they will be announce the numbers of Sold copys.

But with Downloaded Demos i can help ( a bit ).
On Gamespot.com it counts 3,565 downloads.
On 4players.de it counts 718 downloads so far.

Then you only have add the Downloads from this Site to it, and from www.giga.de ( unfortunatly they dont have a counter, which shows how often something was downloaded......and for they who wants to now what that is, its the Site of a German TV Station, which has a few daily gamingshows on it )

I believe it's stated in the FAQ that they can't release the information yet... but I imagine they'll be able to eventually.  Maybe?

It'd be nice to find out eventually. That way we can find out whether we should increase our grass roots advertising efforts.

Well, it's a buisiness thing so I don't think they are allowed to tell us (but maybe in the future).

Allowed? Why would they not be "allowed" to tell us? It's a two man business. There's nobody "at the top" telling them what they can and can't reveal.

You'll probably know when they hit various milestones (IE "Aquaria's Gone Gold/Platinum etc"), but actual figures is probably confidential financial information which by law isn't allowed to be broadcast over teh webs

Of course, My sister's the laywer, not me, so I may be havering a bit

well those are some interesting numbers for the demo. I was just curious to see how many people play the demo and go omg I must have this amazing game hahaha. 

I definitely am trying to spread the word b/c I have alot of friends that would love to play aquaria.
