While objectively the quality is not "up there" with some of the art I've seen I think it captures Naija's look well.  The face especially looks like her.

You should try coloring it, but make sure you don't go overboard. I did so on my first great sketch and regretted it for weeks afterwards.

Well if you digitally color it you won't have to worry so long as you just keep a backup file in place.

That's pretty good: you should use the color version in your avatar. I especially like the sun and water effects in the background. Naija seemed a little naked (calm down, boys (and girl) in the black and white version.
