So theres an extra part to arnassi ruins and once you get through it theres a turtle who will take you to a room in the kelp forest that has no exit and a giant eye thing that sings notes that you have to mimic, what the hell is this? anybody?

It's a quite annoying thing but once you've beat it you get the third cooking slot permanently, which means you can cook the powerful recipes that need 3 ingredients anywhere, not only at your home or a cooking place.
