I apologise for my poor English (It's not my native language, cause I'm from Russia), but I didn't find how to connect with CanadaPost about my issue via e-mail (specified on their web-site telephone number is for residential only) or how to create a service ticket there non-business kind.

http://infiniteammo.bandcamp.com/album/aquaria-original-soundtrack). The invoice number is 2778-8654-4339-3071. It's been more than three and a half months since that day, but my parcel hasn't been delivered yet.
Tracking service by my item number 7210029360652876 on CanadaPost website shows that "2012/08/28 15:32 Order information received by Canada Post" and my parcel is en route from Atlanta, USA to Canada.
On russian communtiy's e-bay forum I've found that this 16-digit numeration (item number, see above) can be tracked only inside Canada, so I won't even know whether my order is shipped or arrived to my country.
Please, Alec or another man who is in charge of selling OST CDs, help me to find out where is my parcel in fact and tell me,
can I discard this order and take my money back (if yes – how)?
I've also sent this letter to "feedback@infiniteammo.ca" at 9:40 (residential time) on 12 December 2012, and to Alec private e-mail ("zaphire...") but didn't get an answer yet. I really don't know where else I may get a response on my problem.
