Stuck at beginning: Returning back to normal form?

I'm stuck near the beginning, I have gotten the power to move around rocks, and I have just beaten this enemy where you had to sing the symbols
and now I need to change back to my normal form, and she said something about it but I failed to understand it, can anyone help me?

Click on Naija with both buttons at once to change back to normal.

Or hit X.  Can be easier then getting the timing right on your mouse.

The game does tell you a minute or so after getting the form, so I guess you missed it :/.

Yeah, it's completely my fault for missing it, was a bit distracted.

The easiest way to switch forms is to use the number keys.  1 for Normal form, 2 for Energy form and so on.

Hey guys,

I didn't find the answer of why I am actually stuckn in the forum...am I dumb ?

But the place I am stuck right now is exactly where the screenshot is taken on this post.

I don't know what to do...If I go down, the two passage are closed and if I go out and try to go back ( the entrance where I fought the musical boss ) it's close too.

What can I do ?

No I am stuck, I know how to change form, and pass through the blue laser....but it's after, I don't know what to do all the doors are locked :s
