What are the characters in Assaults End Tag thingy

Hrrmm! This requires Assualt to post so we can guess so I can get at half of them wrong.

Lara Croft, The guy from Deus Ex?, Max, Dont know, Cloud, Snake, Master Chief, Scorpion?, Link, Some blue guy, A carrion crawler?, Duke Nokem, A brown fuzzy thing that might be chewbacca in a cowboy hat, Raz, Dont know the guy in brown, Shinobi, Kratos, Altair, Seamus and Gordon Freeman.

So the guy after Max is Commander Shepard from Mass Effect. And the "chewbacca" guy in the cowboy hat is Stranger from Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath.

Most of them are from my favorite games, others have great character design;

Lara-Croft, Samus Aran, Gordon Freeman and Kratos fit well, but I'm not a big fan of any of their games.
Link and Gillian Seed are both part of a contest from a different site, where the winners chose which characters I would add next.

I really didn't pick the Ur Quan, and I LOVE Star Control 2, one of the best (Which reminds me of what could almost be considered an Indy game, heard of Space Rangers 2?? It is awesome) Apart from that I did pretty well. 

Raziel's mask needs to be over his mouth, I thought it was sunglasses which threw me

I also love Star Control 2 and when I noticed the Ur-Quan I thought to myself "this guy has good taste."
