Can't download the game again?

This is pretty crappy...trying to download the game to my work laptop and get this:

Cannot download

This product is no longer available for download, this may be due to the maximum number of allowed attempts exceeded or the allotted time.
Please contact the manufacturer of the product for support.

If I can only download the game once, that is complete ass. If it's an error, then how do I fix it. I mean, I understand wanting money and such, and I absolutely love the game, but I want to play it on the go too. And if it is an issue of "money hats" then what happens when someone's system crashes and they lose the downloaded installer?

Is it not possible to burn the install file to CD from the full download?

It's always a good idea to keep the installation file and save the e-mail with your registration code on a TXT file.

You can also click on the right buttons on the Plimus-site to redownload.

Click the first link in your "Plimus receipt" mail, then choose the "Download" in the "Product support"-category.

This way you should be able to download again.
