I broke the game, and Li is dead forever...
I got past the tung door the wrong way and saved li from the bubble... later I went back and got rid of the tung door the correct way, and now li is gone... gone forever, never to be seen again, the bubble is invisible, and i have no idea how i opened it the first time, what do i do... help

Well, you basically did what you weren't supposed to do, so yeah. Your game is broken xD

Since you first found Li through the last dungeon, and then later lost him the legal way, he basically IS gone now. So, I think the only way is to start the whole game over.

Although you could try getting Li in the Veil, if he still is around there. Actually, it would be interesting to see if you could get two Li's using that exploit xD

i originally got Li from the veil... can you blame me if i see spikes and think thorn form?!

Ok wait it gets better, if i try to kill the boss, the part where he sucks in li gives me an IO because there is no li to suck in... please please please bit blot, make it so you can summon li in the turtle room right before the boss no matter what, or something to fix this...

Glad you're working on a patch for this, since I managed to get myself stuck down there as well.

I'm the biggest fool though.  When I came to the Abyss, I heard the line about needing to be brave to explore without a light source, saw the bioluminescent fish that followed you around and decided it was a puzzle dungeon.  After a long time of carefully leading fish around and having a screenshot of the map up on another screen I'd explored the whole Abyss, killed the King Jellyfish, gotten some treasure, plowed through the barrier and gotten suck trying to free Li from the bubble.  I only have Energy, Beast, Fish and Nature forms at this point.

That's what I get for making things more difficult than they need to be, I guess.
