How would one go about to accessing the editor? (And what keys would do what?)

Click on "Mods" on the title screen. There are a few up there, one is a tutorial.

I'm having the same problem. I clicked on Mod, I selected the tutorial, but when I try to do what the questions bubbles say, nothing happens, except Najia swims around. One of the questions bubbles mentions a drop down menu at the top of the screen, I don't see that. Pressing any of the function keys doesn't seem to do anything either. HELP! What am I doing wrong?

First press tab to enter edit mode, where everything freezes and a bar appears at the top.
