Yeah, that's--wait, the eleventh face? Huh. I assumed you were talking about the thirteenth, which is certainly Naija's mother.

I'm not sure who 11 is. It's not Mithalas because he's number 12, and it's not the Mithalans because the Creator didn't make them (like the Druniad, who are also not depicted).

Along similar lines, who is 5? I can't seem to put a monster to that face, though I think I've encountered it...

5 Is Mermog King.

11 is most likely the priests of Mithalas or something.
I don't see what other race it could be, cause not one else has fins on their head, and Mithalans don't have them pointing down.
God sees and knows everything, but at least he won't gossip about it.

Ooh that one. I thought it might've been the price. :3

Or maybe Naija has a father? D:

Yeah, the eleventh, before Mithala and after Lumerean.
But "they all are children of Mithala", can't be the priests...

No one says that these are faces of the gods or the races, face 12 could be either Mithala or a Mithalan, simple as that, though most likely Mithala, I must admit that.
Though who in this whole game is important enough to come after Mithala? I'd say only the priests. And it's only the priests that have their earfins down, sorry bud.

... except if Eleven isn't Mithala, it must have preceded him, because he would then have to be Twelve.

EDIT: I'd say it has to be Mithala, because there's just no one else for it to be--perhaps he made them and left them, and over the following centuries they reimagined him in their own image? Except Mithala made all of the Mithalans instead of the Creator, so I wouldn't expect any of them to be Twelve; otherwise the Druniads, the Forest Sprites, and Naija would be on that wall. So... yeah.

EDIT EDIT EDIT: It occurs to me that there's a great big crownéd skeleton in the Bone Cave that's otherwise unaccounted for. I suppose he could have been an extremely large Mithalan king from ages long past, but that doesn't really feel right.

I believe that might be "King" Drask, also a Mithalan, not the 11th face.

The talk abotu skeletons made me wonder about the skeleton that's at the nature god tho... or was that a simple walker?

The one that's actually inside the Forest Goddess is a walker, yeah--its filename is "dead-walker.png", conveniently dispelling any lingering doubt.  ^-^ The long, toothy skull right outside the door (or possibly outside the door to the next zone over, I can never keep those two straight), though, is named "heretic-skull"--which is an intriguing tidbit if ever there was one, no?  ;D

Also, although it could be Drask's skeleton, I doubt it--size issues aside, his crown was different, and he was always referred to as a Prince (even many years later, when Naija found his spirit trapped within the Body).

Well if there was a prince I assume there most likely must have been a king.

Oh, indeed! I don't think it was grumpy old King Not-Appearing-In-This-Picture or any of his predecessors, though, for the aforementioned size reasons if nothing else; that skeleton's taller than Naija when it's sitting down, let alone standing up, and his proportions don't seem to indicate that he was just a really big guy from a race of otherwise-human-sized people.

Then what race is he? I think all the Aquarian races were more or less Naija's proportion...

This where Alec swoops in and totally explains everything to us.

. . .

please?

Certainly (and that's an interesting factoid in itself). On the other hand, he is smaller than seven of the Creator's other twelve displayed creations were (Nautilus, Crab, Octopus, Turtle, Fallen God, Forest Goddess, and Mithala)--at least, by the time Naija encountered them. Presumably they had grown larger with time.
