I would've paid $ 13.37, but it's too less. ;)

Where do you see all the stats, NeatNit?

Lol, on this page ( http://arstechnica.com/gaming/news/2010/05/the-greatest-indie-game-sale-ever-and-how-it-came-to-be.ars ) it looks like Naija is swimming into that Penumbra beast's mouth. :)

You can find the stats on the actual sales page (see lower right) http://wolfire.com/humble

There's a "statistic" section on front page for such a information.

I noticed there were two topics from this subject made in Pelit-forum (Pelit--> Finlands largest gaming magazine, but not big if compared to its global "colleagues"). I saw that some people kept telling that Aquaria is the only game worthy of 20-25 $ in that package, but they have had some difficulties with their game activations and with feedback related to that problem (I guess this is the old problem related to Plimus and its way of doing things). Thats why they paid low prices.

I'm not too sure if I should post such a things here, but I found that interesting.

FYI, I'm not blind - something you must've thought after my question. ;) The stats just don't appear in my Firefox (dunno why). I just tested Opera and there they are. :)

Note: This is also the first release of the Linux version of Aquaria. :) (1.1.3)
Awesome! I've been waiting for this. I've only posted here once before and that was to show support for the port :)

I noticed the combined Mac + Linux contribution seems to be around the 47% mark as compared to Windows (while only making up ~10% potential customers). I'm wondering.... what is each demographic willing to contribute per head? Out of interest. I'm assuming the sales numbers are Windows -> Mac -> Linux, in number?

In related news, I made the front page with this post.

When the World of Goo guys tried something like this back in the day, I think Linux users had the highest average donation, followed by Mac users ending with Windows users.

When you guys say "no DRM" does that also refer to how you buy a game and then need to register online at their site before you can play it? This is a big problem for me as I don't have internet at home but I have it at work. I can download or buy games but then I have no connection when I play them at home so I'm screwed in that respect. This has kept me from playing some games for PC like Mass Effect. So, does this fall under the "DRM" defintion? I'm not entirely sure what that means.

I imagine there will be a statistical writeup on the sales after it's over. I'm really interested to see the details :)

I don't think so. I think you get a download link in your email, and once they're downloaded you can play them without internet access.

Okay, I'm in. No offense to the foundations but I sent 100% to the developers. They probably need it more.
