Hello, new here.  Is there a new version for Aquaria in the works?

I don't know if this question has already been answered somewhere else, but I tried searching for it and could find no thread regarding this.

Ah I see.  I was kind of hoping there would be a new version, just to address the scarcity of red bulbs in the game if nothing else.

I think that's intentional actually.

I've never understood why. I mean, I understand that you can create the most powerful power-ups with these bulbs, but... they are not thát powerful.

While sure I agree that its a bit random to have no way of getting over 4 (I think it was 4), I think its intended.

If its really an issue you could use the Native Mod and see if you can make some creature spawn them on death. Sure you'd have to start again but you could then play with the mod as you wanted to. Though the main map screen still doesn't work in mods..
