Little Problem (Can't Move - Stuck between a Stone and a SeaShell)

Hello Folks.

At first I wanna say really good game. I'm just at the beginning but it makes a lot of fun and its such a lovely world. It's kind of relaxing. The World, the Music. But never to simple. Great. I'm very excited about what's coming and how its going on.
Then I wanna say I am from Germany, so please be patient with my english.

So, my problem is that I am stuck between a stone and a kind of a sea shell. I dont know how this happens. I was using the Bind Song with the sea shell(just for "experimentation" ), and suddenly I stuck between those Stone. Now I cant do anything(in both forms). When I use the Bind Song again, the shell don't move (All in All i got 3 Songs. Shield, Bind, Form).
Sounds weird. But I made a picture so you can see what I mean.
The last saving Point is maybe not too far away(and in the time  i write this text, i could play the "level" again) but however I  wanna know if there's a command or something else to free Naija from these situation. If yes, I would use this, if no, i would play the level again.

Usually Bind Song lets you move through whatever it is you've bound, but it sounds like that's not happening for you...?

The problem is, that you always bind the shell again and not the stone. Try to "r"otate to change your place a bit or to bind/unbind again and again until the stone gets chosen. Then you can move through it.

Right, i couldnt move. Only rotate, but sadly I couldn't "reach" the Shell with the Bind Song @Xiagan.

Anyway, thanks for your help. I just loaded the last Saving Point. So, that was no problem.
I just thought maybe there's a command or something which could free Naija.
Like I said, everythings fine now.
