What should I do with the key?
« on: May 05, 2009, 07:07:54 pm »
Hi everbody,

I just bought Aquaria, in my confirmation mail, I have a registration key.

During the instalation process, this key is never asked.

Where should I enter it ?

Thanks

You don't need it, because the newest version is DRM-free. It seems that Plimus hasn't understood that yet and is still sending out keys. Just ignore it.

You mean Serial free?
Or did the game have real DRM, that means, impossible to install the game on two differents systems?

That's not actually what DRM means. Some aggressive forms of DRM do include install limits, but most companies are starting to lift that particular imposition (but not the DRM itself).

Aquaria is fully open now. No restrictions whatsoever.

This is awesome news!  I just bought Aquaria and intended to put it on my PortableApps drive.  I was worried about how to deal with the reg key, but now it looks like I don't have to!

Thanks Bit Blot!
