Does anyone know what this says? It appeared at the end of the whatchamacallit.

Aquarian is a very simple cipher, not hard to figure out if you take the time to write it down whenever it shows up, with a note about the context.  Very skilled amateurs can figure out ciphers that have no word breaks and no clues, this one is straight letter-for-letter, one set only.  The availability of known words "Mithalas" and "Home" give a big leg up.

This is actually an easy one; it's potentially a clue like "Home".  The only trick is that dots (which you've drawn as O) are spaces.

And what would it say at the end of a game, two three-letter words?  THE END

By the time I had saw that in the game I had known exactly what it said, and it's placement in the game makes it very obvious... (well at least to me.)

I was confused by radio ratio's "watchamacallit." It was obvious to me too - due to the same letters at the end of the first word and at the beginning of the second, as well as the timing.

Yeah, Chibi at first glance I saw that too and was my first clue... second being of course the placement and timing of the message.

That makes sense. Still, I wonder why they said "The End" right after "To be continued"? That is sort of contradictory.
