Chance wanted as Audio Artist

Howdy, I am a creative audio designer and I love the arts and i have finally decided to focus on the audio side of things , pretty much fresh out of Uni, and I would like to do some extra work designing audio for freelance game designers while i study.

If you would like a portfolio /CV sent I have them pretty much made up. Looking forward to replies and any info on possible positions for an audio designer would be appreciated

Its cool that you want to design audio for this company, but its actually a co-founded operation by Derek Yu (Artist) and Alec Holowka (Programmer and Musician). This isnt my business so I'll leave the explaining to Alec, but you sure try for the Infinite Ammo team (Also lead be Alec).

No and I wont get my hopes up yet, my portfolio should have reached them by now and what they do with it is up to them.
Meanwhile I'll try to make another game and try fiddling around with the Unreal Engine 3 and things like FMOD

Awesome, maybe your hobbies in that talent can help the modding community here if you are interested. It's always a good way to get your work out there and seen,... er rather heard.

Possibly, though I have never modded before but I should have given the opportunity and this is my first year looking at audio coding and looking at FMOD etc which i hope goes well.

Finally got a reply from Realtime Worlds and at first I wasnt to sure but it sounds like gd news, they cant offer me employment atm because I'm studying but they said to check back after it fingers crossed

Damn its been a while , saw the Aquaria OST about the net and remembered all
about the little community forum - so back I be.

Just polishing off this thread then I guess we wont need it anymore Im back
in Dundee but not working for Realtime worlds > future aim, but I am at uni
and working with podcast makers, games designers, documentarys and film
compnaies as a student. No pay unfotunatly but Im getting loads of work now

So thats a close to Audio artist looking for collaboration with BitBlot onto the
decent topic threads
