Anemone seed

I cant seem to get far enough into the anemone to get the seed item.  I just keep trying to swim up in nature form but get stuck a short way in and make no progress.  I tried spirit form hoping there would be a crystal, but no.  Any suggestions?

Nature form is the way to go and it isn't that hard. Are you sure you try the right anemone? ;)

Yes that's the one but I didn't need to dash through, perhaps you hadn't found quite the right spot the first time?
