Oh I see, but does it still mean that her mother was the thirteenth atempt Alec or are we to find that out for ourselves in the next game?

It's pretty clear in this game I think.  We saw the races and gods that the creator made in all the other areas of Aquaria.  The plant people, the krotites, the mithalans, the sun people.  Naija is the child of the 13th creation.

Since Mia is Naija's mum, that would make Mia the thirteenth creation. Which works with the ending sequence where Eric says he tried making others untill he made Mia.. Interesting find.

I didn't count them or I would of known and not needed to ask  my fault as I had another chance on Sunday when I fought and beat him again so my son could see it and the ending, nd I could try out the new laser mouse he bought me.
That was neat so long as it worked but every now and then the curser just shot of across the screen totally out of control, so he repaired my present mouse until he could get me another that worked..

Can you believe it, I have worn off one of the silicon studs it's been used that much lol

In the hallway in front of theCreator are 13 faces on the wall. Try out to guess who they are.

I recognise most of them but I can't put names to them all, but there is Nautulus Prime, the Crab Boss, Octopus Prime, the idle Turtle boss, unsure but it's something to do with getting the piranha pet, Sea dragon, Don't know the name of this species, The power temple boss 'M?' can't recall the name at present?, , Spirit priest, Krotite?, the Prince, Mia.

Yep, those are the thirteen creations.  Some of those went on to spawn their own creations.  As you could see in some of the cutscenes, the creator was not happy about this and destroyed many of them.  Still others destroyed themselves or others.  Mia was supposedly "perfect" but she ran away and had Naija, the child of the thirteenth.

I listened a bit closser to what the Fallen God said this time, I missed where he mentioned the 13th last time I beat him. I must admit to being a bit impatient with the spoken parts in most games but Aquaria doesn't over do it unlike some games.
I like those escape games and one of them was so full of text that I gave it up after the fifth item when clicking on it prompted yet more text

You might be right, you know.  It's a small difference though, because the fluted mouth is present in both. I'll add a notation to my previous post.

[EDIT] ... but I believe that the common consensus is that it is a Leafy Dragon.
