Idk why but I really hated the Giant Octopus fight.  You had to switch to sun form and shine ever few seconds, those annoying squids kept popping up, and you had a very narrow window of opportunity to hit the damned thing.  Not to mention it took me like 30 minutes to figure it out.  I never went near enough to trigger the mouth opening!  I avoid swinging tentacles!

Frog Prime would have held the top spot, but once you get down "the spot" he's a joke.  If I were forced to fight him normally I would HATE him.  But as it stands he's only second place.  Why did you put "other miniboss" as an option?  There's not that many.  Blaster Peg Prime, King Jellyfish, Evil Eyeball...I think that's all of them.

The most right side of the cave.

The octopus is pretty easy when staying directly in front of his tongue. You don't need much switching, the mini-octopi aren't bothering much, etc...
If the simon says is a mini-boss, then it is the most hated by me. ;)

Uhm, as far as I know the right upper spot would be the ONLY safe spot, where the tentacles can't reach you and thethings he shoot can't either, from there you got down infront of his beak where the thing comes out then and shoot at it... I think I was busy about a half hour with this boss and he really used up all my healing items, i bealieve I even ran away to find some healing plants at that time, simple because I was caught by the tantacle too much.

But yeah, I also disliked that miniboss.

the other mini-bosses are : the simon sez , the jellyfish , the eyeball things , the priests (in a sort of a weird
and kinda stupid way... ;)) , andddddd...

i think thats it.... XDDDD

and my most hated one was the octopus as well.... i just got squashed and smacked with that tentacle
of him SOOOOO many times that its just ANNOYINGGG!!!!! >:D >:D >:D

The frog.  I never knew about a safe spot, so the only way I could beat him was spamming the Reflect song.  The others were hard, but not quite as annoying.

And...I actually kinda liked the Octopus fight.  >_>

I don't know why everybody suggests the upper right part of the cave for Frog Prime.  It isn't completely safe.  The bottom of the cave JUST to the left of the thorny vines is a perfect spot.  You are safe and free to spam energy form shots for the duration of the fight.  Kind of boring really, you never get hit.

Frog Prime is easy with charged thorn-shots from Nature-form. A pushover. Just use charged Thorns on the spot from where he shoots his ammo and he'll die very soon. And of course +1 Energy Form shots. ;)

I hated Octopus Prime and Simon Says most. I can't decide which one is the most annoying. Octopus Prime cost me a lot of healing items (I really wish I had the Jellyfish costume when fighting him) and I couldn't beat him without using a strategy guide because I didn't know about the mouth-thing. Simon Says was frustrating because I always failed after I played about 6-7 notes. I was very lucky when I beat him.

On my second run I stayed in front of the octopus' face and just shot all the time. I think he grabbed me once, but definitely not more than once. I never switched to sun form and I never cared for small octopusses. He died very fast and only took about half my health and a tough cake.
