Yeah, Ambrosia Software is a great software company. They used to developed lots of games but now they are more focused on publishing games made by small independent developers. Anyway, have fun with El Presidente Andrew Welch and his parrot Hector.

A Mac version would be awesome! If you need help, we (team of McSebi) would be more than happy to lend a hand. We develop OpenGL-based 2D side-scrolling games just like you, but for Mac.

I'm canadian too - Montreal, Quebec. I'm also an amateur video game developer like you. I develop shareware with other guys from Germany, Sweden and USA. By the way, Aquaria looks great! I especially enjoy the music. Too bad I won't be able to play it... I have a Mac.
