Support / i got a new problem with the progrem at the sun temple boss

when i get to the boss it took a few Seconds until the game is stuck and windows send mw a massage that the progrem isnt responsing and he have to close her, what should i do?
i have version 1.0.3

i bought a long time ago and i dont know where it is now, so i dont have it right now
is there another way to enter the game?

i did what you said and run Aquaria by selecting it from the Start menu, but when i did that this massage appear- This program requires a security key. If you have one, select OK to enter it. After entering a valid key, you will not be prompted again.
what should i do about it?

ok i did all the things that you said but,
 should i open aquaria from the back-up file or from the file that was in the desktop, i tried both of them- when i tried to open aquaria from the back-up it said to me-This program requires a security key. If you have one, select OK to enter it. After entering a valid key, you will not be prompted again.
and when i tried to open it from the back-up file the game was acting strang the colores has been change and the problem was still there!
what should i do??

there's something worng with this patch, on i try to open aquaria from the file it said that- !   Cannot execute "C:\Users\Or\AppData\Local\Temp\Rar$EX00.415\aquaria.exe"
what happend?

hi' im new hear and i have the biggest problem ever!!
the problem is that i saved the game in spirit form (when i an in the spirit form).
and after that when i try to load my save i find out that i can't do anything!
not to change forms, and when i tried to ride on the tortoises to another place i was- nothing!!   
please help me!! its like the game is stuck, i cant return to the normal form, naby is some kind of bug  in the game?
what shoud i do??

ok i search for an answer- where is vista save tha save fiie bur all i found was complicated words, can anyone san tell me exactly what to do about my problem.
or just to explain me simplicity where is the savegame file

i tried to press 1 and i cant return to my normal form, and i found 3 tortoise but when i try to ride on them they freeze and stuck.

i really want to send the save file but i dont know where is it or what his name, i enter the progrem folder and to "save" folder but it was empty
