Once you have sun form yes, but without it you can die very quick just by bumping into some walls not the kind of place you want to go fumbling around in is it lol

So near yet so far away - in the body, saved Li and got the dual form but cant get past the heart thing because I find dual form of Li almost impossible to control and fire at the same time.  Is it possible to get past that thing with energy form?  And do I have to kill the heart ?  If so how?  Still a great game

Soft, it is hard until you learn the secret of holding the right button down after the last energy input, a quick spin and then release the right botton to release the killing scream. So you hold down right and left keys and press 'r' quickly then release all keys where you will do the most damage.

I decided to catch the turtle back to home waters where I could practise this move before going along that last corridor, simply because nothing else gets you past those weird creatures.

That's a wierd strategy.  Hard to move and aim?  No harder than beast or nature form.  Swim to safe distance while charging shot, turn towards enemy, release.  Almost all enemies die in a single blow, even those super nautilus's.

Ahhh - thank you so much for your help. You know the feeling that you get when you hold a bubble wrap in your fingers?  You feel the resistance, you apply the pressure and then this lovely satisfying sound of the bubble bursting.  Thats what if felt like to scream for the first time and I couldnt have done it without you !  Wonderful game, had hours and hours of pleasure playing it.  Still more hours to come I am sure.

I know what you mean, I got just that feeling when I first solved it, at first I couldn't understand at all why I couldn't use her form

hiI I stuck after defeat the tree god ( i don't remember her name, but her form create a tree). i don't know where to swim next.
oh and i looking for some Naija Form but i can't fine it any where.

Give us a bit more information. What forms do you have? Where have you already been, etc... That makes it easier to help you.

That form was Mother Nature and unless we know what forms you already have we can't make a guess about which one you need to find next?
 If you don't know what the forms are called just describe what her present forms look like the colours etc. though I am pretty sure that you do have the black dressed Energy form or you couldn't even get to Mother Nature.

Well in an all-encompassing answer that doesn't ask for more answers from the questioner, if you've got the beastly form that looks like a shark (and is pinkish-purple) then go towards the entrance to Mithalas City and head straight up using your new form to pass the strong current at the top.  If you havn't gotten that yet, head back to open waters (the main area from which you accessed the Kelp Forest) and head directly RIGHT.  You will find Mithalas City, it's rather unmistakable there's broken pod buildings everywhere.

And if by some chance you're already IN Mithalas City head to the cathedral on the far right of that.

And if you're already THERE we're gonna need specifics before we can assist further.

i have Energy  Form, tree Form( from mother natures) and Fog form( from god in the broken City in the far right in the map. who was defeated by some toxic fog, and he blind ) and i try to swim down in the map but this arena too dark.

How can you have the spirit/fog form without having beast form?
Deep down in the cathedral of Mithalas (the broken city) is the next form you need, called Beast Form. This'll help you to swim against the currents and then you can go straight up... to the surface!

He doesn't mean the spirit form.  I suspect english isn't his first language the way he types.  He's talking about beast form because you killed Mithalas with a poisoned FROG.  Notice he says he's blind, you blow up Mithala's eyes if you remember.

As I said before gunslinger, you need to go UP using your new "fog" form.  Which you really should call beast form.
