Creator #5 problem - can't pull the eye out *spoiler*

Hi,
I'm not able to kill Creator #5. I shot his eye until it popped out covered in muscle, started giving characteristic metal sound and became invulnerable.  I tried to pull it out with the bind spell but failed. No matter how close I was, the spell didn't work. I checked the forum and my technique was right. Did I miss something or it is a bug?

You have to use light form to blind the eye, so it will become vulnereable, shot untill certain moment and then pull it out using bind form. You can make this easy, hiding after his eye when creator shots the projectiles from his mouth so they will hit the eye instead of you.

What I meant was that once I took it off it fell to the floor. I thought I was supposed to keep it bound, but apparently you can't do that. I know it because I've died at least 3 times and so had to do the whole thing all over again.

So, my next question:
After you get rid of his eye, what next? Do you just shoot at him in energy form? If so, where? That mouth seems invulnerable, even when it opens. Dual form doesn't seem to do much, plus you don't get any creatures to charge it on. There's no surface to plant spikes, you certainly can't devour the monster, and I doubt light, fish or spirit could be of any use (unless spirit can regenerate on the blue crystal, which it doesn't seem to do).

So, do I just need patience or is there a trick? Any particular spot I should be aiming at?


And something else: why do people say Creator #5?
There's the original form that talks to you and looks like a white statue, then the one-eyed cockroach-looking crawlie in the maze, then that singing voodoo doll and finally the huge one with the eye. So it's 4.

The non-mask, tentacle mode of the statue could be considered its own stage/form.

About your problems with the #5th form :
You have to shoot (best with Dual-Li) at the belly-face just before the beam comes out. After a while there will be creatures to charge. Try figure the rest out for yourself.

Just got here for the first time.  I was clueless for the better part of an hour, so I looked up what to do with the eye.  I did try binding it, but it never occurred to me to blind it with the sun form first.  It looks destroyed as an eye already, so the idea that a flash of light would do anything to it would never enter my head in a million years.

I figuredI had to do something with the belly mouth, but shooting was getting nowhere.  I could have sworn I was shooting in the mouth too when it was open, but whatever.  I ended up trying the spirit form, and that was a fatal mistake.  I'll let frustration subside for a week or so, then try again.  It's always easier the second time around, but I don't want to repeat this marathon sequence right away, in particular the simon-says stuff, which I hate.

Eye was particulary easy, I mean... it's an eye, you first shoot at it and it doesn't work, and what is the weakness of an eye.... light, bright light. Easy as that. :p

About the mouth thing... When the screen turns dark, you know the mouth will open and the big beam will be fired. After the mouth opens but BEFORE the beam is fired, you must shoot the face that appears behind the mouth, you might manage 2-3 hits.

HOWEVER

When you do, and if you managed to do it in the first place, the mouth will generate some creatures (delicious irony, things are going well when there are creatures after you) which you must kill. Li will be free so he will help.

THAT WAS NOT THE POINT

When the beam is prepared to be fired again, it is done A LOT faster, and I don't manage to get in for a hit and I get hit by the beam which SEEMS to deal the instant death (or just takes a lot of health) so beware. It seems you must have to attempt this kill on odd occasions, skipping turns so to speak. This is where I am now, and this is where I have died 3 times and counting (because the beam takes all my health, leaving me with no time to heal) but, it may surprise you to hear that I am absolutely delighted to have come this far, because the Creator #3 (the giant bug thing) kept crashing my game (ver. 1.0.0) but after getting 1.0.3 it works.

ONE MORE TIP

Creator form #1 and #2 are easier to kill if you have the energy shot upgrade meal, which you SHOULD use. The later forms are killed with little benefit from that.

NOW ANSWER ME THIS

While fighting Creator #2 (the headless squid/human creature) is there a way to break free from his hand grab. I managed to kill it without being grabbed, naturally, because I know not of the means to break free.

I find your etiquette and grammar refreshing in a first post.  Though I don't think spoiler tags are quite necessarily in a discussion of the final boss's final form.  The idea of the final boss is, as you correctly stated, to shoot the small mouth before the mega-laser is fired.  I actually never thought to use energy form...those homing shots might have made it easier.  I used Dual Form Li the whole time, it was hard to time.  However, the goal changes after he spawns creatures.  You are not supposed to kill those with energy form, those are meant to be killed with Dual Form Li to charge Dual Form Naija's scream which deals the killing blow.

Otherwise you can shoot forever in the mouth/face without anything new happening - I know it, I did it for over an hour...

I never even tried to use energy form, just thought well here's the critter spawn, just enough to charge dual form up and went with it. does it met enough damage in energy form to take out the boss?

I had the luck that my dual form was already powered up and that I used Naija's scream thing and saw the creator got hurt, after that I had no clue anymore seeing I had no clue to attack the mouth, but the weird thing was that I did get creatures in the meantime, maybe I accidentally attacked the belly mouth.
