What's your favorite boss?

Oh sorry for misleading you.  I'm just fairly new to the forums and just am starting to look at the topics.

No worries - I made the exact same mistake when I started.

Favorites, because the Forest Queen is easy, easy :p

I really enjoyed the Third form of the Creator. I love how you had to use the background music to find the guy. Forest Queen is the most memorable for me, because I didn't know I could shoot it when it's eyes are open, I though you had to deflect the shot she fires onto her. After the fourteenth shot, I gave up, which led me here.

Ah, the Gauntlet. Yeah, it's not a boss, but the function it serves is pretty close, if not the same. Can't really call it memorable though, all I remember is swimming through a bunch of purple passage-ways and shooting things. I remember thinking that the music for the area before the one the Creator is in was pretty fitting.

Jelly King comes pretty close to dead-last for me, but the annoying octopus takes that position. I agree with your list of honorable mentions, and I'm surprised no one's mentioned Simon yet. He wasn't my personal favorite, but he sure deserves to be honorably mentioned.

FYI: Mithalas is the city, Mithala is the god

The jelly king had plenty of enemies to keep you on your toes, a few interesting attacks, and the most rewarding costume once you finally do defeat him... I like a boss where things go nuts. Mithalas was cool because he was the boss that made the puzzle element most evident. Now I personally didn't care much for Simon... I'm not sure whether I'm good or bad at memory games like that, they just bug me.

Weird thing is I'm awesome at the physical game Simon.  But the Simon Boss just wouldn't co-operate.  I think it's because of the added complication of having to sing the pattern, you can't rely on hand-eye co-ordination and muscle memory as much.

Btw Chibi, thanks to you PM'ing me saying you were glad I'm back I actually decided to come back.  So it's not all bad.
