It is not possible atm.  It will be included in the next(?) patch. You'll be able to choose a language on the Intro screen then.

What about the messages on walls which are written in aquarian runes, will they be the same (=english), or in translated language?

Fyi, it's possible to edit your posts, second, No, the runes will NOT be translated, the font only has the 26 letters of the alphabet and the dot for spaces, they will not contain any ' " ^ ~ ` of those signs, and because they are part of the artwork, part of the background, not a layer.

You want to translate the runes too? Good luck then, you'd have to ask Derek to change the graphics for the whole game. I highly doubt he's willing to do that for tons of languages.  Besides, only English characters are included with the runes so characters like 'é', 'ñ', etc. will not work.
