Payment troubles
« on: January 13, 2008, 10:00:06 pm »
Ever since I've started playing Aquaria I'm sold. The graphics, the music, the atmosphere... Brilliant! But unfortunately, I'm having some troubles with the payment of the full game.

My main problem is that I don't want people contacting me by phone, sending stuff to my home, etc. So I want to know: if I use the 'Wire Transfer' payment method, will something be mailed or will I be contacted by phone?

You will get a link to the game installer to download and an e-mail, contaning your inque activation code for the game. You will just have to download the installer and when you install the game, activate Aquaria with the code from the mail. And that's all  ;)

Ah, good. I don't want to get called for obvious reasons: my parents might pick up the phone and our number is a secret one (so I'm in trouble if some random guy calls us to sell us a stinky old sock). The same goes for our address.

New problem: I kind of forgot to note down the purchasing information. I didn't save it at all. So I kind of wondered whether I could fill in that form again without any trouble, since I've read in this thread that trouble could occur when you purchase Aquaria again. I haven't paid for anything yet, nor have I taken any other action. So will it work with filling in the form again with the same name, address, etc?

I'm not sure about it. You have to Ask Derek or Alec. Just PM one of them on the forums or sand an e-mail with this question  :)

Did you complete the order yet?

If not, then there certainly won't be any problem.

If you've already ordered the game once, then I'm not quite sure why you'd be ordering it again unless it was for someone else? In any case, I don't think that's a problem either; Plimus might want to make sure its a legit order though.

If you mean that I've paid for it and have received the e-mail with the download and activation code, then no. I did fill in the form, but I don't have the information from the page which showed up after I filled in the form. So basically I can't complete the payment. (I used the 'Wire Transfer'-method.)

I'll try to buy the game again when I get home, I'm at school now. ;)
