I've emailed Plimus, because despite the order process seeming to go normally, no emails arrived at my account. Is it usual for this to take longer than an hour? I was hoping that the buying process would be smooth and quick so I could get back to playing the game. Now I'm not sure if there was a problem with my card, with the email process or with Plimus. I guess I should just wait and see what Plimus says when they respond to my email. Is there anything else I can do?
