Zaratus: No, I have the option for it, and it's selectable, but the output it gives is garbled. It has to do with an improper EDID on my monitor. It's a bug that's fixable, but it requires writing new data to the EEPROM on my monitor, which is rather tricky and risky to do. I would have done this anyway, but my EEPROM is write protected, so I can't. There are ways around this, but they're really not easy to do. So far I've spent probably about ~20 hours researching this and trying out various methods, and it's different for each monitor, so not so simple.
Alec: This is great news for a lot of widescreen gamers. I can't believe you're still doing development work days before your release, but I sure am glad that you are. Don't drive yourself crazy of course, I can live with what I have if need be, but it's amazing that you're trying.
