If you found it on my map, look in the key. The Simon Says area  contains one "super secret turtle", the other one is uh, in Arnassi Ruins I think.

If you're being serious then that sucks :(. The game itself gives a normal turtle icon for the secret turtles, I tinted the secret ones red but I didn't want to make them overly different from the normal ones :x.

Yes, the turtle to find the Simon Says boss is in a fish fissure in the Arnassi Ruins.

And hell, this map is beautiful.  Kudos for taking the time to put that together.

What a great map.
I wouldn't have known the turtle in the ruins was special. I found him and thought he was a just a normal turtle.

Yeah, you get Dual Form if you just proceed with the story. It isn't a reward from a boss or something like the other forms so I didn't include it on the map.

Just arrived in Open waters and already need the map? It is more fun without. It is always more fun to figure things out by yourself. Come back when you are really stuck. ;)

Yeah, I concur with Xia, don't use the map now, even if you're stuck somewhere, find other places to go to.
It's like playing the first Metroid with a complete map next to you.
