Oh really? That might've been helpful to know earlier on. Doh.

I did not know that either. I don't like fish form. It looks like... a fish. Very unflattering. :3

Reminds me of my friend's comment: "Aah! A freaky fish girl!" And in Energy Form: "Is that the same freaky fish girl?" I wonder what he would say if I played in fish form...

There are also those starfish in the Veil that are really annoying. With fish form, they just stay in the background.
I'll eat them in beast form and can then shoot those nasty stars myself. :)

Huh, I didn't know that happens. Perhaps I should have devoured more creatures during the course of my playthrough...

I love beast form, it lets you careen through just about anything that's not a projectile and lets you steal powers from things you eat... sort of like Kirby.

Every critter which can shoot something will give you its shooting ability if you eat it. You can stock a nice pile of different shots this way. :)

... sort of like Kirby.

And you're pink, too!

And even some that don't shoot give you shots, like those triangular green things.

Tiny squid-bullets! I forget what it's called but there's a food that gives you shots for a set time length in beast form too.

Moneyes. And according to eats.txt the nests give you eight shots of them and the moneyes themselves, naturally, give you one. They do four damage, same max speed, and can bounce.

@Pelar: Spicy Soup. Gives you 24 Sea Dragon shots. They do the same damage as Moneye heads, apparently.
