Aquaria Source Code
« on: May 20, 2010, 10:35:40 pm »
What a great game, I bought this via Humble Indie Bundle, this game alone was worth every penny.

Any date on when the source code will be released? Is it written in C++?

Most is lua as far as my coding knowledge code, there's also already a thread about this, use search.
God sees and knows everything, but at least he won't gossip about it.

Lua is only for the scripts that the engine runs; the base engine has to be written in something lower level than lua, I think. :S

5. What engine are you using?

The Aquaria engine was built from scratch by Alec Holowka specifically for this game!
