Deep somewhere in the long ago discovered Kelp Forest, probably hallowed out by the sprites after the death of the Great Mother and rounded out by various other dwellers to come many a generation following. A tall loper's metallic body stands somewhere in the middle with his three other companions, a kelp blanket woven tight floating over them and various races swim too and fro, idly sampling various poultices and rolls. Soup bubbles float in one corner in what appears to be some sort of slightly volcanic tube chamber, whose heat speeds up the water enough to blow them by. The mermagi appear to have taken advantage of this, wrapping the stone tunnel into a circular one, with only enough venting to allow the heated water to escape. A young merling stands in awe watching the colored bubbles pass by. Various merfolk swim about, replenishing various foods as needed. below the net, an assortment of rare fish and other sea life swarms in rythmic dance, an octopus clinging to the cavern wall tries to do its best not to get noticed, but the Eight Leg Cultists keep an eye on the large rubbery creature, their leader no where near the hubbub. Far below eyeshot a darker spot sucks up most light except a glowing "ball" that flits about with great accuracy. This is, of course, the mediator and respective proprietor of the cavern. Descended from the High Magine Merkin, many currents ago, he retains his great great grandmother's gift for adaptation, But where she brought light to the darkness, here descendant instead brought the grim darkness. But a Magine descendant managed to lessen his natural gift that would otherwise keep the entire cavern in deepest gloom, and gave him a piece of his Grandmother's gift for light.

Sorry. People will probably hate me for that one. Come, rp as the Magine (Decendants of Naija) or the merkin (who returned upon the peaceable waters spread due to Naija's successes). The only semblance of the Great hero of the deep is a statue carved of the cavern stone and standing with many glowing jellies floating about in fond memory.
The Eight Leg Cultists also let no one near the Illuminating one, though his joyous and ancient form is very visible, Naija's once overjoyed squidling who's light blinded the deep's great predators, has grown to magnificent size and is the other piece of what lights the otherwise dark cave. He is more the guardian of Naija's kin than anything but remains kind and gentle as long as Tullehar Darkshift remains unharmed. To those above loyal to Lord Darkshift, they know his name by no means indicates his personality.

No foul language please, and because I imagine the age categories range greatly here keep it pg-13. Thanks. Tulle.
WARNING>FREQUENT ROLEPLAY MAY BE WITNESSED ON MY PART.
