Guys help please

Hey, its suck a wonderful game and i wanna know what will happen next but the problem im stuck and each tiem i open the map more I see another place and another one, can u guys pls give me a direction?

Well, you need certain forms before you can advance to certain areas, naturally this will show if you have missed something. It seems you have already dealed with Kelp Forest and acquired nature form from there... But to ensure, what forms do you have?

Bluntly, Kelp forest and Mithalas (southeast-east from yout position... if that blue bubble are you in the map) are somewhat equal, and you can complete these areas in order you want. But you can't proceed "up" towards the surface before that because of strong currents,  and you cant go deeper "down" until you have the way to drive the darkness away.

Yea I was down there and I cant see anything, I loose HP but cant see anything.

The blinking dots on the map indicate the recommended next place to go.

Actually, I don't think the OP acquired nature form. His map does not show the bit where mother nature hides. He appears the have missed the entrance to her cave.

Unless you have an old version of Aquaria, there should be a glowing pulsing marker on the map that shows a suggested location. It first points to the song cave, then the energy temple, then Mithallas cathedral. (though it's not a bad idea to go for fish and nature form before beast form)

That said, exploring is a big part of the game, I know that the lack of direction can be a little bit annoying to some people, but that was actually done on purpose.
