Xiagan those notes on the wall are the mother's song :D

But that contradicts with his sentence:
... in the area where you sing him his mother's song and he opens the door.  I've never figured out a use for it.

He opens the door to the room with the Golem boss Xiagan, and the icons on the wall are the notes to sing but not quite in order, you need to adjust them a little to sing them :) I know because that is what I do now to get the door open :D

Man, I see what you mean, but that's really a bit of a stretch.  I think it would make more sense for them to hint more in the mother's direction, than to put up a weird truncated version of the song you can hear in full from her.

From that to that?  Kinda reaching...

Also, who's Lucien?  Either I don't remember, or I didn't decipher the text about it, or something.

Lucien is Naija and Li's son (the baby you see in Naija's home just before Mia captures her).

Oh.  Where is this found out?  I never heard/saw any mention of his name.

Her weeping-ness makes more sense now, though.

Did you find all of Naija's memories? If not, you probably saw a message saying something like "You focused too much on completing the game and should go back and discover more about Naija's past." You get the complete ending, with Lucien with all three memories.

Ah! These notes! Nope, it's not far fetching. You play the first three notes and then the last, then repeat the first three and the one below the last, etc... ;)

The song played when you see him is called "Lucien". That was a big hint. ;)

I got the full memory ending, with the swirly passage to meet Mia, who then brainwashes me and sends the son on an airship quest in search of me.  I still don't remember where it ever had "Lucien's Song" printed on the screen or in subtitles anywhere.  Was it in Aquarian text?  Is it only listed if you go rooting through the .ogg files, or watch closely as it's installing and guess? In the credits maybe?

If it shows up during the full memory end, if I could get a general time at which it mentions Lucien's name anywhere it would be great, 'cause I must have missed it.  Then I could watch more closely the second time around.   :)

I managed to play the Mother's song by ear so I never really understood the point of the song on the wall, other than the fact that the symbols were in the same shape as the glyph that pops up when you play the song. Looking at it now, though, I can see how you can get the song from it.

Hint: Remember that a good portion of the song is repeating the same three notes, so there would be no point in writing them all out repeatedly.

Am I to understand that the ending you get after finding all the memories is basically the same as the one you get without finding them, but with an extra bit on the end? I finished the game with all the memories, should I go back now and finish it again without them to get the other ending?

I don't know because I haven't finished it without them yet but from what I have read here the ending is slightly different because you get told to go back and find them all?

Yes - the only extra part is Naija chiding you for rushing through the game and leaving her memories undiscovered, so unless you really like hearing Jenna's voice (understandable)  :) it's not worth it.
