The weird green barbell things...

Maybe I missed the answer to this, but there are all these green barbells around the map, but I can't seem to figure out how to interact with them. I need it to get the form north of mithala. Unless there is a way to stop the steam. Either way. What the heck are these things?

Uhm... I'm not sure I know what you mean. Can you describe it a bit better or post a picture? Or do you mean these blue round ball-plants? If that's the case you need to get nature form from the Kelp Forest.

He means the blue sphere-plants, but their symbols look similar to the weight-and-bar systems you would use for weight lifting (barbells).

For the steam-traversing form, explore Mithalas more after you acquire the nature form
