crash when switching to fish form

Hi,

I was in the area "south" of the "Open Waters", above the Abyss, and I had 4 helpful leeches and 4 hard-shell bad leechs on me.
They slowed me down to a halt so I tried to switch to fish form to get them off, and the game crashed.
I have the debug.log file if that helps.

Why switch form guybrush, just swing by Monkey Island and find the correct path and (ooops sorry your name/avatar took me back a few years there) 
Back to your problem *cough* why didn't you just spin and let one of your pets kill the unwanted black leaches? Still if it is a bug then Alec should know about it but in future just before they hit you just spam like made and let the Nautalus pet and Li kill them for you

I really must find the Monkey Island games again and practice my swordsmanship...........

I think I've fixed this bug in 1.1.0 - which isn't out yet, but it'll be out sometime in the near future!

The Windows version of 1.1.0 should be out sometime after the Mac version is released. The Mac version is due to be released very soon!

silverflagon: I think I was just nervous about the dark leeches because I was poisoned and thought they were actively killing me. Also, I was in danger and had to cheese it. Thank you for the tip, I didn't think my pet could kill them!

It can but you need to spam also because some always gets past the pet, and spinning is only good if you want to lose the tadpoles that renew you.
What I do is as soon as they stick I try and leave the area then go back but don't actually enter, I just swim at the entrance and spam like crazy killing most of them
