I think this is the logo of the makers of the FPS "The Conduit". Seems to be inspired by Aquaria.

That logo has the feel but from what they are asking of any aplicants does,'t sound like any close verion of Aquaria that I could imagine?

whoa, that is definitly out of the aesthetic of our beloved game.  it would be cool to have an Aquaria like game for the wii, tho I'm not fond of fps by default

Well I've looked into The Conduit some and this is the deal.  The Conduit developers have 100% admitted to "borrowing" ideas from popular games.  They specifically mentioned Halo and a few others I can't recall.  What they're making is completely their own of course, they're not infringing on copyrights or anything, they're just using good gameplay and aesthetic ideas they see lying around.  I'm looking forward to this title.

Well if they like the aesthetics of Aquaria and openly admit that it did inspire them then that can only do Alec and Derek a whole lot of good...I hope?
