Well, this is the kind of situation where you can look at it in as "glass half-empty" or "glass half-full." Seems strange in our position to dwell on the people who don't like or don't "get" the game, whatever the case may be. 
I don't know, it seems to make a lot of sense to me to wonder why people might not like the game.
Its more interesting/positive to hear and think about it than just ignoring it, imo.
