After the cathedral

im having a bit of trouble. I defeated the boss in the cathedral and went to the vail, im stuck, i dont know where to go from there.

Well, there's an area close by that will give you a new form. It's located in the center of the Veil.

A bit more information would be nice, but if you indeed just got the beast form you can best go to the Veil.
The Veil has a total of 4 bowls, 2 on each side of a huge wall, and then another wall in the middle of both bowls. Which splits them up in smaller bowls. You have to be in the most right one, there is the entrance to the next form.

And if you don't have nature form yet, you could also go to the kelp forest.

Well, I think he has Beast form since he says he's in the veil already.  What alpha said was correct, there are several sections to theveil.  You will arrive in the left-section.  From there you can take a passage on the bottom right to the next section of the veil, it looks sort of like a long semi-narrow passageway.  When you come up on the right side there will be an entrance to the place your looking for on the left.
