Is there cheat to lock the health??

Use the Jellyfish Costume, that comes a "locked" health closer than anything else.

I knew it..
But I can't attack and the damage of boss's attack  more than the recover..

Well that depends what form you're stuck on.  If you're stuck on form #2 then yea, Jelly costume won't help you much at all.  But against forms 3, 4, and 5, the Jelly costume pretty much guarentees you'll never die.
