ok where to go now

well as for now I have only 2 forms, the pure energy and the one that let you grow plant. I search everywhere and I can't find where to go next, if I got south(so deeper) she tell me that' it's too dark and the only other place I found is like a cathedral thing when I had to kill 3 mini-boss to open a gate and she tell me that she should explore more before continuing that way... so where to now? I think I explored all the map that I could for now... everyplace I go there either a strong flow of water that block me or it's too dark to continue :\

You can head into that area that she was apprehensive about.  Just be ready

Yeah, that's where you have to go.  I was a little confused at first too because I had already explored a lot of areas outside the Cathedral, but she says that either way.  Just find your way down and get ready for craziness.
