"Tools Tips" and "Enemy Targeting" What does it mean? Is checked, I can not notice the difference, can give a simple example let me see the difference?

And, admin@bit-blot.com does not work? I have sent a message, but did not receive a response.

I think it's the tooltips you get at the start, that right mouse button is sing and stuff.
And if you use a mouse and go over a target while charging that it'll aim for that, instead of straight beams.

Also Alec is a very busy person, you might want to send the mail again.

Targeting isn't necessarily about charged shots. I think its any shot. You'll notice that normally your energy shots home towards enemies slightly; but if you turn off targeting then they don't.
Unless that was some other option..

And yeah, tool tips are like the 'click on the turtle to ride it' things.
