I was in Melbourne for one night, and Sydney for the rest of the time!  Someone emailed me about meeting up... was it you?  Unfortunately, I didn't get that email until it was too late, otherwise, I would have enjoyed a meet-up.

Oh well. I just had a great weekend at Supernova, I got to meet Kaylee from Firefly and Ando from Heroes. Awesome

Anyway, because it was mentioned in passing on TIGer source recently:

I love the Beastmaster. Yeah yeah, I know its B grade and kinda lame. But I saw it as a kid and nostalgia goes a long way. Even nowadays I love it. *Starts humming the soundtrack* Think Im going to cook myself some popcorn and go watch it again.

Oh, avoid the sequels. They are the reason sequels have a bad name.
